SCHEDULE OF ENROLLMENT

SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022
Enrollment for the first semester is still ongoing. Classes will start on September 1, 2021.

Enrollment

The following are the procedures of enrollment:

PHYSICALLY OR FACE TO FACE

For Freshmen College

NON SACI High School Graduates and Transferees

Step 1:

Fill up Application Form, submit and present documents (SHS diploma, Grade12 Card, Good Moral Certificate, 3 pcs 2×2 picture, Photocopy of Birth certificate, SHS Form 137) at the Registrar’s Office.

Step 2:

Interview with the Dean of the respective college and advisement of subjects.

Step 3:

Encoding of Subjects and Schedules at the Registrar’s Office.

Step 4:

Payment of Tuition and other fees at the Accounting Office.

Step 5:

Official Registration Stamp at the Registrar’s Office.

NON SACI High School Graduates and Transferees

Step 1:

Secure Clearance Form at the Registrar’s Office for signatures of the different departments.

Step 2:

Get copy of Academic grades of the semester last enrolled and accomplish the Enrollment slip at the Registrar’s Office.

Step 3:

Pay tuition and other required fees at the Accounting Office.

Step 4:

Proceed to the Registrar’s office for Official Registration Stamp.

For Higher Year Levels

Regular, Irregular and Returning Old Student

Step 1:

Secure Clearance Form at the Registrar’s Office for signatures of the different departments.

Step 2:

Get copy of Academic grades of the semester last enrolled.

Step 3:

Get Advisement Form for subjects and advisement on subjects and schedules at the Dean’s office.

Step 4:

Proceed at the Registrar’s Office for Encoding of Subjects.

Step 5:

Pay tuition and other required fees at the Accounting Office.

Step 6:

Proceed to the Registrar’s office for Official Registration Stamp.

Online enrollment

For Freshmen College

NON SACI High School Graduates and Transferees

Step 1:

Student applicant signs in on the online SACI Registration. Click the link: https://bit.ly/SACIregsform fill up the form and submit. SACI processes the data provided and contacts the parent/guardian/student through Email or SMS for verification of data given by the student.

Step 2:

SHS staff then gives online official enrollment form directly to the student via email together with the list of requirements needed to be submitted.

Step 3:

The student submits the enrollment form together with available documents on hand by scanning them and send via email to the Dean of the respective college for advisement of subjects and who will then transmit the same to the
Registrar’s Office for Enrollment. Parents can also opt to go to SACI Registrar’s Office to physically submit the needed documents.

Step 4:

Payment of fees are done via online banking. Details as follows:

Step 5:

After the payment is complete, a screenshot of the deposit slip/receipt must be sent via email or Facebook messenger to SACI accounting office simultaneous with the respective College.

Step 6:

Once the payment is confirmed, the accounting office will send a copy of the registration form and his receipt of payment.

Step 7:

Once accomplished, the student will receive a message through Text and Email that he/she is officially enrolled in SACI. Class schedule will be posted in their college fb page or sent to the student via email before the opening of classes.
